The Philippine Ports Authority – Port Management Office of Agusan marked the culmination of the month-long Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) celebration with the renewal of its personnel’s oath of office on September 30, 2024, at the PMO Multipurpose Hall.
Throughout the month, the PMO engaged in various PCSA activities. Among these was the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Caragaโs “Vibe Run,” promoting health and well-being among government employees. The office also participated in the Leaders and HR Symposium, represented by its 4 HR officers on September 24 to 25 at the PICC, Pasay City.
As part of the celebration, PCSA banners were prominently displayed in key locations across the ports of Nasipit, Masao, and Butuan, emphasizing the PMO’s commitment to public service excellence. And on September 18, 2024, 34 Regular and Contract of Service (COS) personnel participated in the Public Service Values Program organized by CSC Caraga which emphasized the core values of patriotism, integrity, excellence, and spiritualityโprinciples deemed essential for all public servants.
PMO Agusanโs participation in these initiatives reflects its dedication to fostering a culture of integrity, excellence, and commitment in public service, in line with the PCSAโs overarching theme of advancing public service.
