For its steadfast partnership and continued support to the intelligence community, the Philippine Ports Authority – Port Management Office of Agusan was honored during the 76th Founding Anniversary celebration of the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) on August 7, 2025, at the PRO-13 PNP Multipurpose Center, Camp Rafael Rodriguez, Libertad, Butuan City.
Representing PPA PMO Agusan were Acting Port Manager Atty. Kahlil L. Lamigo, Port Police Division Manager PPSUPT Samuel G. Razon, and ISS Chief/Civil Security Office B PPO3 Deo Chen C. Flores. NICA conferred a Certificate of Recognition on the office in acknowledgment of its continued collaboration with the agency, which Atty. Lamigo received on behalf of PMO Agusan.
The celebration brought together key stakeholders from the intelligence and security sectors and was graced by Atty. Roberton G. Lapuz, Deputy Director General for Operations of NICA, who served as Guest of Honor and Speaker.
Aligned with the vision of Bagong Pilipinas, PMO Agusan reaffirmed its commitment to work closely with NICA and other partner agencies in building a safer and more secure future for all Filipinos.
